DAMAGES:

Upon receipt of your order you must inspect the order and report any damage to the carrier within 24-48 hours.  Shipments damaged during transit must be claimed with the freight carrier directly.  All shipping packaging must be kept and you are responsible to call the carrier to inspect the damage and file your claim.

SHIPPING TIMES:

We normally ship within 7-10 business days after receipt of your order.  If an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you and if this does not meet your needs the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be made to your account.

SALES TAX:

Orders shipped to New Jersey will be charged 7% sales tax.
